Gender, disability and reconciliation action plans

Perspective Hive offers the service of creating gender (women in leadership), disability (accessibility) and reconciliation (supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities) strategies and action plans.

These strategies combine the capabilities of stakeholder engagement, strategic framework development, reputation management, data and analysis, and writing.

At Westpac Group between 2012-2017, I directly drove, managed as well as gave input into the following specific diversity and inclusion focus strategies:

Women in Leadership – achieving 50% by 2017 (from 33% in 2010) through investing in programs and processes that supported the aspirational target by building strategic business partnerships in HR and the business to change culture, hiring and talent management practices.

Accessibility Action Plan – a program of work supporting people with disability as part of the bank’s broader agenda of making inclusion a priority.

Reconciliation Action Plan – a strategic framework for partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, customers and communities to help to help them share social and financial equity.
